TEETH CARE
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
- Brush your teeth by following the correct method as shown in the video.
- Wash your mouth after every meal. It is good to brush your teeth after every meal.
- Avoid eating too many sweets and chocolates, because germs love sugar. The longer the sugar stays in the our mouth, the more damage it will cause.
- Floss your teeth. Flossing helps to remove the food particles stuck between the teeth. A dental floss is a piece of string that is moved back and forth through the spaces between the teeth.
- Do not keep munching snacks all day long as they stick to your teeth and cause decay.
- Well balanced diet should be taken to give more strength to your teeth.
- Don't eat too hot or too cold.
- After eating citrus fruits(like oranges) or juices, rinse your mouth with water, as the acids present in them can weaken the enamel.
- Visit dentist, if there is a problem.
