TEETH CARE Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Brush your teeth by following the correct method as shown in the video. Wash your mouth after every meal. It is good to brush your teeth after every meal. Avoid eating too many sweets and chocolates, because germs love sugar. The longer the sugar stays in the our mouth, the more damage it will cause. Floss your teeth. Flossing helps to remove the food particles stuck between the teeth. A dental floss is a piece of string that is moved back and forth through the spaces between the teeth. Do not keep munching snacks all day long as they stick to your teeth and cause decay. Well balanced diet should be taken to give more strength to your teeth. Don't eat too hot or too cold. After eating citrus fruits(like oranges) or juices, rinse your mouth with water, as the acids present in them can weaken the enamel. Visit dentist, if there is a problem.
